Egg freezing, on the other hand, provides women autonomy to preserve their reproductive choices for the future. Other commonly held myths — such as the assumption that tight clothing or frequent ejaculation impacts male fertility, or that adoption or stress relief can directly improve chances of conception — have no scientific basis and often delay couples from seeking the right medical advice.
